Small Dogs: Yes
FOSTER UPDATE: Lyla is extremely shy and a little fearful of men, but is gradually emerging from her shell through her foster mom’s patience and love. Lyla lives with other dogs and cats and gets along well with all them. She’s housebroken using a doggie door, eats well, and is in good health. Lyla does not need to be crated as she’s very well behaved in the home. On daily walks, the foster mom uses a harness rather than a leash. Lyla loves being touched and cuddled so grooming is a breeze, as long as the ears are cleaned gently. Lyla knows her name and will come slowly when called. Lyla loves being outside and plays bow and bark so her foster mom will roll her a ball. Raised hands will scare Lyla, so the ball is never thrown. Lyla needs a quiet home with gentle people and low activity.
