FOSTER UPDATE: Clover is a little shy and is still learning to navigate tile or slick flooring. Her adopter will need to work with Clover on this, reassuring her that she’s safe. Clover has not demonstrated any aggressive behavior but, as with all large dogs, care should be taken with small children, especially toddlers. She doesn’t seem to have any separation anxiety and gets along well with her four doggie roommates. She rides well in the car, rarely barks, and is house trained using a doggie door. Clover views her open-door crate as a safe place and sleeps in her crate at night. She is becoming a very playful girl, is learning to love toys, and responds to her name most of the time. No food problems or health issues have been observed and Clover tolerates grooming well. Clover’s foster guardians believe that Clover would not do well being left alone all day.
