Note: Arizona Greyhound Rescue coordinates greyhound adoption in and around Tucson/Green Valley, Pinal County, and the southeast suburbs of Maricopa County. If you are in the Phoenix area, please fill out an application with
Fast Dogs, Fast Friends, a group we work with in Phoenix.

We believe that adopting a retired racing Greyhound is a privilege, involving a serious commitment.  This application is therefore designed to assist us in placing Greyhounds in appropriate homes, as well as matching the ideal dog(s) with each prospective owner.  Please answer each question honestly and thoroughly.
